We set the standard and prove it.
Working to the highest levels of industry standards is not something we aspire to. It is the baseline we have operated to for over 15 years. Our compliance and quality framework gives clients the assurance they need at board level, in procurement and in the audit room.

Compliance Credentials
We hold a Designated Collection Facility (DCF) licence, a registered Waste Carrier Licence and a WEEE T11 Exemption. Our operations are supported by quality, environmental, security and compliance frameworks that help ensure consistent, secure and responsible service delivery across the device lifecycle.
Data security and Personally Identifiable Information.
Data leakage and non-compliant handling of electronic waste can create significant operational, regulatory and reputational risk.
Every device processed by Bamboo Connect goes through certified data destruction before approved reuse, refurbishment, recycling or disposal.
More than 80% of devices we process are refurbished or prepared for secondary market reuse, supporting circular economy outcomes and reduced electronic waste.
Full chain of custody documentation and lifecycle traceability are maintained throughout to support audit, governance and compliance requirements.

Device quality and testing.
Every refurbished device goes through comprehensive quality assurance covering data sanitisation, technical testing and cosmetic grading. We provide Grade A quality stock to insurance partners as standard, with bespoke configuration services including handset profiling, software loading and tailored repackaging to specific client standards.
Supply chain governance.
We utilise a tailored supplier evaluation and onboarding process designed to assess quality, compliance, environmental performance and operational capability across our supply chain.
Our process are designed to support auditability and oversight across every stage of device handling and lifecycle management.
Records relating to waste management, recycling, treatment and WEEE obligations are maintained to support regulatory compliance and governance requirements.

Growth and sustainability can scale together. We are the proof.
Circularity is not a workstream we manage alongside our operations. It is the operating model. The way we procure devices, manage returns, refurbish assets and recycle what cannot be reused is the same model that delivers commercial performance for our clients.
In 2025, despite growing 20% year on year, our total carbon emissions fell by 38%. Our ESG score has nearly doubled since 2023 and now outperforms sector benchmarks. We processed over 175,000 devices with over a 90% reuse rate, diverting significant volumes of e-waste from landfill. These are not targets. They are outcomes.
We are a UK and European leader in sustainable device lifecycle management — and we hold the credentials to prove it. WEEE compliant. DCF status. Working towards ISO 14001 certification. Quarterly carbon reporting as standard. The King’s Award for Enterprise 2025 in International Trade, recognising our role in the circular tech economy.
Sustainability As Standard
We believe growth and sustainability should reinforce each other. The same circular operating model that helps our clients reduce waste and recover more value, also shapes how we run our business.
Despite growing by 20% year-on-year, we have consistently reduced our carbon footprint across every measure we track.
